What if Armor Permutations had... gameplay affects? (Part 1)

I really hoped they did, but Bungie said it was "to complicated". Well, I thought it over one night, and came up with this.

E.V.A (Extra Vehicular Armor)

Helmet: Player is given a better view when in vehicle.
(Meaning the view is zoomed out from , lets say, a Warthog a bit to have more visual aid)

Shoulders: Vehicles maneuverability is increased when equipped.
(For the Covenant vehicles, its increased during the boost)

Chest: 5% increase of the player when in the vehicle.

C.Q.B (Close Quarters Armor)

Helmet: Player can survive one more amount of headshots than the usual.
(Meaning they survive a sniper shot to the head, etc.)

Shoulders: Player is given quicker melee attacks.

Chest: Player can survive a one hit-kill to the back.

Security Armor

Helmet (attached antenna): Increased Radar for the player.

Shoulders: Slower, but more powerful melee attacks.

No Chest plating.

Scout Armor

Helmet: A 2x zoom is added to the visor for enhanced vision.

Shoulders: Increased speed.
(You can't run without moving your arms, most specifically your shoulders.)

Chest: Increases the time for Active camouflage to 5 seconds when equipped.
(Its Scout armor, you need to stay concealed.)

Its all I got for now, stay tuned for more.
